Ingredients

  • 3 oz immune boost tea of your choice (see Note 1)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 oz pineapple or orange juice
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Optional garnish: Orange slice or rose sugar rim (see Note 2)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Tea: Brew the immune boost tea according to package instructions. While the tea is still warm, stir in the honey until dissolved. Allow the tea to cool, then chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare the Mocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine the chilled tea, pineapple or orange juice, lemon juice, grated ginger, turmeric, and black pepper. Add ice and shake well until cold and frothy.
  3. Serve: Pour the mixture over fresh ice into a short tumbler. Garnish with an orange slice or add a rose sugar rim for an elegant touch (see Note 2).
